If your sensual piece isn't the right size, no worries! Simply return it, and we'll promptly send you your preferred fit.
Not a fan of the style or did it not meet your expectations? No problem at all! We offer options for exchanges, store credit, or a full refund of the total amount paid for the specific item, as long as you meet the return conditions.

- Full-price, unworn items purchased within the last 21 days with all tags and original packaging attached.
- Please note, panties and swimwear must be returned or exchanged with their hygiene strip attached.

HOW DO I START MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Enjoy a 21-day window for returns or exchanges. Finding your ideal style and fit is our priority.
- SUBMIT: Request returns directly on our online store by logging into your account here.
- FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS: Upon approval, receive an email with shipping details.
- REPLACE: Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch your exchange promptly.
Note: Due to the popularity of some items, we can't guarantee immediate stock availability for exchanges. We'll reach out with options if the requested size is unavailable, including pre-order, store credit, or a refund.
REFUND:
21-DAY REFUNDS
We're delighted to offer refunds for full-price orders returned within 21 days from the day you receive them.
Once we receive the item and it undergoes our quality check process, we'll initiate the refund. If approved, you'll be notified, and the refunded funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back to your bank account, depending on your payment method.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
Shipping fees, including express shipping from your original order, are not refunded.
OTHER RETURN CONDITIONS:
Ensure items are returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with attached tags, and in the bag.
Australian returns are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email detailing your processed return.
Contact us promptly for damaged or faulty product concerns—we prioritize these issues.
Store credit is issued via a Gift Card, valid for 3 months from the issue date.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For those outside Australia and the US anticipating higher shipping costs, email us for sizing and fit advice before purchase.
We can offer a store credit or refund on items returned within 21 days.
Note: We don't cover return exchange shipping, duties, taxes, or any additional charges for international purchases.
International customers are responsible for their exchange shipping costs.
Refund: Shipping fees, including express shipping from your original order, are not refunded.
